Little Birds Preschool is an in-home preschool in Stansbury Park, UT. It is owned and run by myself, Brittany Jenkins!
I am a fun and happy mother of three beautiful girls ages 11, 9 & 6! I absolutely ADORE kids, and working with them is truly a passion! Nothing makes my heart happier than seeing these sweet kids enjoy coming to school, and be excited to start their learning journey!
I worked in the Health Care field for 6 years; I am CPR/HeartSaver Certified and trained to administer First Aid. I also have a current background check with the state of Utah.
I have several years of experience with children including a background working with children in a dental office, working with children in scouting and church settings, and some early childhood education college classes.
I have spent many years developing my curriculum and my classroom – in fact, I am going on my 10th year teaching in the preschool age group! My curriculum is designed to teach the most important developmental and academic skills, but in the MOST fun way possible!!
I attend the yearly Utah Early Childhood Conference to further my early child development education, and I am involved in several web based classes and groups that teach methods for me to implement in giving positive reinforcement and proper emotional direction.
I am excited and ready to start this year of preschool so I can help your children learn, grow, have fun, and be ready for Kindergarten!
